Neck Pain Continues…

I had bad neck pain all night and though the day. I’m starting to wonder if it’s another herniated disc; I hope not. I don’t want any more surgery.
Something tells me Monday is not going to be a fun day at work.

Soda Reduction Plan

Ok, so I really like drinking soda and tend to drink too much of it. I’m going to make myself cut back and this week the plan is to not drink any soda at all.
I’ve already wanted to go get a Coke twice today but have resisted. We’ll see how it goes.
On another note: My headache seems to be getting worse. It’s really bad more often and has started to take its toll. I’m in a lot of pain now and just writing this post is taking longer than it should.

It’s so cold this morning. At last check the temp was 1°F with a wind chill of -15°F. There are things I need to do but just don’t want to go outside… Winter sucks!

Yeah, that’s about it. Nothing exciting going on here. I’m just glad it hasn’t been really cold yet.
